LAS VEGAS, NV - Looking for the EDC Las Vegas 2026 set times, festival map, shuttle information, security rules, and prohibited items list? This guide breaks down everything attendees need to know before arriving at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for Electric Daisy Carnival 2026, including where to find official schedules, what bags and hydration packs are allowed, transportation options, festival hours, navigation tips for the weekend, and more.

Set Times

Set times for EDC Las Vegas 2026 are available below, in the official Insomniac App, on the EDC Las Vegas website, and on the Insomniac social media pages. We recommend downloading them to your phone, as the app relies on internet and service may be spotty at the festival.

Festival Maps & Navigation Tips

Get your EDC Las Vegas 2026 official maps here! The official 2026 festival map is also available on the Insomniac App, EDC Las Vegas website and social media pages, continuing EDC’s tradition of massive multi-stage layouts packed with art cars, activation zones, carnival rides, VIP sections, and hidden pathways.

Community-made simplified maps have also started circulating online to help attendees navigate more efficiently, especially for locating:

Getting to the Festival

EDC Las Vegas 2026 takes place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, located north of the Las Vegas Strip, and getting to the festival can take 2–3 hours during peak traffic times depending on whether you drive, rideshare, or take shuttles. Attendees should plan transportation well in advance and leave earlier than expected, especially on Friday night when freeway congestion is at its worst. It’s also important to note that EDC Will Call and Box Office services are not located at the speedway — all ticket pickup and wristband issues are handled at the World Market Center in downtown Las Vegas.

What To Bring to EDC Las Vegas 2026

Packing for EDC Las Vegas depends on whether you’re attending the main festival grounds only or staying at Camp EDC throughout the weekend. Items permitted inside Camp EDC are often different from what is allowed through festival security at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, so attendees should review both policies carefully before arriving.

While camping allows for additional personal items, food, and overnight supplies, the main festival grounds maintain stricter bag, hydration pack, and prohibited item rules for nightly entry. Planning ahead can help avoid confiscated items, delayed entry lines, or unnecessary trips back to camp or parking areas.

Here's and essential packing list that we recommend for EDC Las Vegas 2026.

EDC las Vegas 2026 Essential Packing List

Preparing for EDC Las Vegas 2026 means packing for long overnight festival hours, heavy walking, loud music, and extreme desert temperature swings between daytime heat and cold early-morning conditions. The main festival grounds at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway have strict security and bag policies, so attendees should prioritize lightweight essentials that improve hydration, phone battery life, hearing protection, and sun exposure management while still complying with Insomniac’s allowed-items guidelines. Camp EDC Essential Packing List

This Camp EDC 2026 packing list includes additional recommendations beyond Insomniac’s official allowed-items guide, based on real attendee experiences from previous years. With Las Vegas forecasted to experience extreme desert heat during EDC weekend, campers should prepare for high daytime temperatures, limited shade, and potential power or air conditioning outages inside ShiftPods and RV areas. In past years, some campers experienced temporary electricity failures that affected cooling systems and charging access, making backup hydration supplies, portable fans, battery packs, and heat-management essentials especially important for this hot weekend.

EDC Week 2026 Events & EDC World Party Parade

EDC weekend extends far beyond the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, with EDC Week 2026 bringing pool parties, nightclub takeovers, artist showcases, and special events across Las Vegas from May 13–19. Official EDC Week events feature many artists performing at the festival itself, giving attendees additional chances to catch exclusive sets throughout the week.

For the 30th anniversary of EDC, Insomniac is also launching the first-ever EDC World Party Parade on Thursday, May 14. The free public event will feature art cars, DJs, performers, and large-scale parade floats traveling along Las Vegas Boulevard ahead of festival weekend.

Final Tips Before You Go

EDC attendees consistently recommend:

  • wearing broken-in shoes
  • stretching throughout the weekend
  • carrying electrolyte packets
  • bringing a fresh pair of socks with you in to the festival grounds
  • planning backup meetup spots in case service drops
  • downloading the festival map offline beforehand

Get pumped with the official EDC Las Vegas 2026 playlist, and stay tuned for the livestream details.

Most importantly: stay hydrated and pace yourself. EDC is a marathon, not a sprint.

Between sunrise techno sets, fireworks above Kinetic Field, immense art installations, and the sheer scale of the speedway after dark, the magic of EDC often happens between the sets just as much as during them.
