THE DUBSTEP DISNEYLAND WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER

Thornville, Ohio – As the dust settles in Legend Valley, one thing is clear: Lost Lands has once again cemented itself as the ultimate pilgrimage for dubstep music lovers. With three days of nonstop energy that pushed every boundary of production, community, and bass culture.

The festival grounds exploded into an immersive Jurassic world, packed with more massive life-sized dinosaurs than ever before. They towered above the crowd as lasers carved through the sky, and pyro blasts lit up the valley. The new Prehistoric and Crater Stages proved that Lost Lands stands unmatched as a festival; delivering not only music but an atmosphere that felt larger than life.

The lineup was a true showcase of the community’s depth, with heavy-hitting legends to fresh underground names. Sets flowed seamlessly between dubstep, riddim, experimental bass, and even doses of house and techno. I saw Illenium, AHEE, Crankdat, Alleycvt, and of course, Excision b2b Subtronics

My biggest surprise of the weekend was T-Pain’s surprise takeover at The Crater! While that was happening, we had a Stumpi (Wooli’s house alias) b2b Subtronics b2b Level Up house set at the Forrest stage! No matter where you were, there was great music to be heard this weekend.

Walking through the festival grounds, you understand Lost Lands listens to its attendees. They had more shaded seating areas, more efficient walkways to control the large crowd, and an overall improved layout to create a safer and more comfortable experience for us.

The Chomp Steakhouse was a huge success as well. The line was always long but very worth the wait. The lobster twice-baked potato had mixed reviews amongst the headbangers I talked to, but the steak was so juicy and an unexpected delight while listening to dubstep.

Security at Lost Lands is always a vibe! They are very welcoming and the don’t feel like they’re out to get you. The water lines felt longer this year, but with the crossbody bag I used, it made filling up very quick!

Final thoughts? Lost Lands 2025 wasn’t just another festival, it was a living, breathing testament to the power of bass culture. Whether you came for the music, the community, the dinosaurs, or just to get away from reality, everyone left Legend Valley with memories etched in stone.

Check out my full vlog of Lost Lands to truly see what the vibes were like. Until next year, bass family! I will remember this one till the end of time!
