Washington, D.C. – Project Glow Festival 2025 returned for its fourth year and featured 30+ artists over two days on three stages. It lit up the DMV sky, providing a weekend that felt like stepping into another dimension; one filled with bass drops, flawless visuals, and nonstop crowd energy. With the most impressive lineup and grounds to date, this year’s festival proved why it’s quickly becoming one of the most talked-about events on the East Coast.
Project Glow really impressed me this year. From the moment the gates opened, the vibes were electric. Decked out in rave gear, glitter, and glowing LEDs, the crowd made it clear—they came to dance from sunup to sundown. And don’t get me started on all the group costumes I saw this weekend–everyone looked so confident!
The stages were a visual masterpiece—massive LED walls, pyrotechnics, lasers, CO2 cannons, immersive lighting, and fireworks transformed each set into a sensory overload in the best way possible. You had to be there.

The lineup did not disappoint at all. EDM heavyweights like Slander b2b NGHTMRE, Subtronics, Crankdat, and Wooli, delivered emotional, high-energy sets that had the entire crowd locked in. We even witnessed the very first ALLEYCVT b2b Level Up set in history!
If you were wondering about the house sets… they were just as energetic; Captivating the crowd with their hi-hats and filthy bass lines. Some performances to recognize were Chris Lake, Tiesto, Odd Mob, D.O.D, James Hype, and so many more.
D.C.‘s nightlife was shaken up all week by the official 2025 Project Glow Pre-Parties, some of which were headlined by Subtronics, Noizu, and Wakyin. The After-Parties lineups were just as star-studded, with headliners like Deorro, San Pacho b2b Matroda, Tiesto, and Kaskade b2b Odd Mob; All of which could be found at Echostage or Soundcheck, and needless to say, we are grateful to them for hosting such amazing artists.

What truly made Project Glow special was the community. The crowd was a beautiful mix of seasoned ravers and first-timers, all connected by music and good vibes. There was a sense of unity and freedom in the air—something you can only really feel in moments like this.
Personally, I had seven newcomers, or rave babies, in my group, and getting to show them the festival way and PLUR culture was another highlight of my weekend. Project Glow is a great festival for first-timers because of its size, culture, price, and accessibility. It’s less than a 20 minute walk from a metro station and my group had no trouble finding a parking spot on Day 2.
I can easily say Project Glow is the ideal first festival for anyone trying to get into the EDM scene. They upgraded their festival grounds with more art structures, more delicious food vendors, a turf seating area, and more accessible bathrooms. By including these additions in between the Pulse and Eternal stage, it made Project Glow feel more like a festival versus a venue with stages.

Security this year was very smooth and the staff was very kind. Many of them were sprouted up and it added to the initial vibe when you first walk into Project Glow. It rained prior to day 1 and to accomodate this inconvenience tiles were put in place to help attendees avoid stepping in mud. This was great planning and weather preparation on the organizers’ part.
The food prices were about the same as you would see at any other festival. Averaging $16-$20 for any meal: chicken tenders with fries, chicken teriyaki noodles, pizza, etc. The food was very worth it. The kicker behind buying meals was that they actually gave you enough food for two people to get a fill before long hours of dancing. The only improvement I would like to see next year is stocking up more on electrolyte drinks!
I got to experience VIP for the second time at Project Glow, and I was genuinely impressed. Last year the VIP area was between Pulse and Eternal Stage, causing a lot of sound bleed. There was more thought put into VIP viewing areas this year, which really justified being in those sections. I really mean it when I say Insomniac and Club Glow impressed me!
In short, Project Glow 2025 wasn’t just a festival—it was a memory burned into the hearts of everyone who experienced it. Pure magic. The presale for Project Glow 2026 is already up!
