Deadbeats 4/20 Recap

Relentless beats and Deadbeats teamed up this past weekend to throw one big 4/20 event and together they lit Chandler, AZ up (pun intended). This was deadbeats first event at Rawhide Western Town and Event Center and hopefully not their last! Zeds Dead announced their label back in 2016 and with artists such as 1788-L and Blanke signed to Deadbeats, we knew we were in for a treat.

With one dank, outdoor stage we were able to catch every set starting with an epic B2B from Arizona locals Dark Mark and Mike Dao. Deadbeats heavy hitters Blanke followed by 1788-L left any plans to sit down up in smoke. Mr. Space Boss himself, liquid stranger, got wonky with us and TroyBoi has us all feeling higher then ever, right before Zeds Dead ended the night with a bang. The stage production was unique to say the least and the crowd was nothing short of good vibes. There were about 9,000 people in attendance but plenty of room to dance around or find vendors for when you got the munchies.

Indoors you could find the VIP area with its own bathrooms and drink stands with no lines and a few benches to give your feet a break. And did we mention how beautiful the weather was that day? Summer is arriving and deadbeats kicked it off right for anyone in attendance.

Overall, this was our favorite 4/20 to date. We hope to see you next year Deadbeats.
